Cleanse. Moisturize. Repeat. You can never moisturize your hands enough.

Every time you cleanse or sanitize hands, you should moisturize. Dry hands can lead to eczema, which can be hard to control.

 

Here are tips to follow for hands everyone will want to hold:

  1. Moisturize hands at least two or three times a day with one of these creams:
    Neutrogena Norwegian formula hand cream 
    Aveeno skin relief hand cream 
  2. Wear gloves when using cleaning supplies, dish soap or other chemicals and be sure there’s not any moisture trapped inside your gloves. 
  3. Use gentle fragrance free hand soaps. 
  4. Getting married or do you have a hand modeling gig? The night before coat your hands in Vaseline, put on white cotton gloves for the night and voila! You have beautiful photo-ready hands.
